There are many books that show how to read origami diagrams and the symbols used in them. This model is not on a simple level, more like high intermediate. It would come out best if either made from tissue foil or wet-folded. Yes, the video is to a different model. If you are interested in how to fold the model displayed in the diagram, search for "Munich Orchid" by Michael LaFosse.
